In recent years SMS has emerged as one of the most important means of communication. SMS based applications enable mobile operators to provide attractive additional services. Flirt takes SMS messaging a step farther - it provides a service that enables users to find partners and people who share similar interests in a safe environment while protecting their privacy along the way.
Flirt is an SMS based system that enables users to find partners and friends, based on a description of their own characteristics and characteristics of the desired partner. Flirt system finds a matching partner and enables chatting between the two people using their nicknames. GSM telephone numbers and users names are not shown.
The web part of the application provides for easy modification of user’s own description parameters, as well as defining of the desired partner's characteristics and monitoring of contacts (made, missed or rejected). Basic physical characteristics of description that are on the introductory web page can be updated by means of a FLASH tool. |
